New mom and dad trying to survive all the changes and challenges of becoming first time parents. My husband goes back to work 1/12 and I have an unfortunate short leave going back 2/9. We are inquiring about overnight doula coverage when I go back to work full time.
1. Hospital 2. Not sure 3. The most natural way possible Spanish speaker
I would like an home waterbirth with providers who preferably accept insurance. I’m not sure of my budget yet. My birth plan which is subject to change: delayed cord clamping, natural birth no pain management, skin to skin for mom and dad for the first 60 minutes, no eye ointment, vit k drops instead of a shot. That’s all for now but I’m still writing it. I would like a midwife who has experience with at least 7-10 home water births.
This is my first child. I would like to give birth at the hospital (most likely it will be in Ann Arbor). My budget would be around $2,000. I haven`t decided my birth plan yet but I know that I don`t want to induce the labor unless if necessary and I would prefer a natural birth without epidural injection, however, I`m not opposed. I`m looking for someone who could support me mostly during the labor. My husband will be present too.
Homebirth - in a tub My husband will be present for support and guidance on our wishes during labor and after Would like as little intervention as possible Natural birth (no meds) Delayed cord clamping No vaccines or vitamin K shot Skin to skin as soon as possible
Plan to birth in a hospital, would like to attempt all natural delivery with no epidural. Insurance should take care of majority of cost. Would like support during birth/labor. Would like guidance for my husband to do most of the work with supporting me.
Hi. Do you do placenta encapsulation?
Hi there! VBAC no epidural birth centre birth no vaccines for baby immediately after birth and no coached pushing and waiting for the cord to turn white and intermittent fetal monitoring and not labouring on my back
Hi Ashli! My name is Nyeemah. You were my doula for my son Royce back in 2020! Not sure if you remember me or not but I wanted to reach out to you because I am currently pregnant w/ my 2nd child & it's my baby girl 💗 & I would love to have you as a doula if you are available.
1. St Joesph Hosptial 2. Uncertain 3. Due to a traumatic birth the first time, where no one listened to me, I am looking for support this time around and hoping to have a natural labor.

1. Hospital/ open to birth center 2&3 would like to talk this over due to this being my first pregnancy
I plan to give birth at a hospital. I don't know the costs of doula. I was hoping to get something that is covered completely by insurance. My budget is under $1000 as long as a payment plan is offered. My plan for birth is to go unmedicated. I'm eager to learn about pain management that doesn't include an epidural.
I'm looking for a midwife/mentor I'm 19 years old this is my first pregnancy and I would like to experience everything with the right way single mother
I plan on giving birth at a hospital. I want to try to go natural
Hello I am going to give birth in Troy Beaumont Hospital. We are expecting a first baby and that’s why I think it would be great to find a doula that could guide me thru the process.
i am looking for a compassionate experienced doula. i’m planning to have a natural water birth and want someone who can help me with the labor process.
I am giving birth at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital. I have TriCare Select insurance and supposedly they are doing a trial run where they cover the cost of a Doula in 2026. My husband has to verify this. My parents are willing to pay for a doula if insurance does not cover it. We do not have an estimated budget. I have not made much of a birth plan but do plan to get an epidural if needed. I would like to avoid a c-section, especially since I hear they often do them unnecessarily. I am 33 and aside from hyperthyroidism I do not have any major medical concerns. My husband and mom will also be present at the birth. I am also looking into maybe a postpartum doula to come a few times, but I am not certain on this. Side note: If I had a postpartum doula come to my house I live in Sterling Hts.
