We plan to give birth at a hospital (Kaiser in Redwood City). I'm looking for options that will be 100% covered by our Kaiser health insurance. My birth plan is flexible. Ideally I would prefer an unmedicated VBAC birth, but is flexible if induction or C-section is required. Would be helpful to have a doula that is also well-versed in sleep training. Looking for a night nanny for 3nights a week beginning the first week of January. (M, Wed, Thurs is the plan for now). Looking for a 10 hour shift 8pm-6am, but also open to 9pm to 7am. If open to adding additional hours for date nights or evolving into a day nanny as the baby gets older that would just be an added plus! Budget is open for discussion but would ideally like to stay between the LA Average of $25-$35/per hour. No additional housework, just baby care.

I have Anthem Blue Cross PPO insurance and I am looking for a doula who is in-network with Anthem or who can bill insurance directly, as I prefer not to pay out of pocket. I am looking for prenatal visits, labor support at the hospital, postpartum home visits, and help with newborn care and sleep training. Spanish-speaking preferred. Certified doula with hospital birth experience preferred.
