I plan to give birth at Hoag hospital Newport. I am trying to figure out what options are covered for insurance, I’m not interested in out of pocket services at this time. I have Anthem PPO Platinum, JQU986W02777. I am 35 and my birth plan is just to stay calm and roll with the punches.
We are looking for an experienced postpartum doula to help support our family as we transition back to work. We have a healthy baby girl (born on May 11th) and are seeking assistance on Sunday nights and weekday mornings (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM). Responsibilities would include newborn care, bottle feeding and support with breastfeeding, soothing, diaper changes, light baby-related housekeeping (washing bottles/pump parts, baby laundry, tidying nursery), and helping establish healthy sleep routines. We have two friendly dogs in the home, so comfort around pets is important. We are looking for someone with postpartum doula certification and available starting July 19th Our home is in Oakland. Please share your experience, availability, hourly rate, and references. Thank you
I want to find someone who takes blue shield of california platinum ppo plan for as much of the care as possible. I want someone to come to the house and help with post-partum related needs.
Excited for this journey! I am giving birth at Kaiser Redwood City. Ideally I am looking for those who have worked with Kaiser insurance as I have doula coverage (I was referred to Kristin Guess). Birthplan is quite standard: prioritize non medical interventions, epidural, no IV pain meds, skin to skin, delayed cord clamping, preemptive nausea control, dim lights, breast feeding, delayed bath. Likely circumcision care. Requirements of provider: Certified, evidence based guidance (though not in OBGYN, my husband and I work in healthcare). I plan to hire a post partum nanny for the first 2 months following birth, however, would love additional support as an additional perspective. Also month 3 would be great for additional support (sleep training, lactation consulting, etc). Budget is flexible but would like to prioritize Kaiser Doula coverage first.
Looking for a night nanny for 3nights a week beginning the first week of January. (M, Wed, Thurs is the plan for now). Looking for a 10 hour shift 8pm-6am, but also open to 9pm to 7am. If open to adding additional hours for date nights or evolving into a day nanny as the baby gets older that would just be an added plus! Budget is open for discussion but would ideally like to stay between the LA Average of $25-$35/per hour. No additional housework, just baby care.
Doula service pre post partum / night nurse. Second baby
Hoping to get a night doula to help us out on occasion

Our son was a terrible lseeper til 3. We want to get ahead of the curve as our daughter is already showing the same signs at 8 months that did. She is easy to put to sleep but often doesnt sleep very long. She will be easily put down at a simple factor of a touch. We are looking to have someone help us with a sleep plan and ensure that we also get adequate sleep. We will also like to have someone that can help with night time routine and post dinner cleaning. Our budget is 5k approx / mo
