My budget is $50/hour but willing to pay more if I feel like my needs can be met. Not really sure what my birth plan should include but I would like an all natural birth

I’m looking for someone to help me through my birth experience as I’m trying to have a natural delivery. With my last pregnancy i ended up in a C-section. I would like emotional support for myself and new baby. This will be more of a new experience for me. I plan on delivering at Modesto Hospital if all goes well. I’m hoping that my insurance covers the doula. My birth plan so far is Waiting for water to break before going to the hospital. Minimal noise if possible Epidural at about 4 to 5 cm dilated Delay core clamping for baby - 5 min minimum Skin to skin as soon as possible

I plan to give birth in the hospital. I am unsure doula expenses, so if I could get a run down how much to expect to pay, that’d be awesome! I want to do no epidural with plenty of free movement and stretching. I want to experience a natural birth from the beginning to the end. Soft and gentle coaching with a Christian based approach. I want to bond with the baby, delayed cord clamping until the placenta is empty. Soothing and plenty of help with pain relief.
