I plan to give birth in a hospital. My budget for a doula is 2k. My birth plan would be to labor at home for a while and then drive to Manchester memorial hospital to give birth because I believe they are the most vba2c supportive in Connecticut with the midwives affiliated there.

Dear Pippa, My husband Sam and I are expecting our second child in mid September of this year. Sam will take off one week to ten days for paternity leave and then another week or so later in the year. We have a two year old son (Hugo) who will be in school from 8:30 to 1:30 Monday through Friday. I would like to speak with you about our specific needs, but I think it would be something like three days for five hours in the first week I’m home from the hospital, five days for five hours the next week, and then maybe two or three days for four hours the week after that. If you have availability to help us, it would be great to speak with you on the phone. Thank you, Nora Watson
I am looking for either a labor doula or a postpartum doula. If my baby is born via cesarean, I'm looking for a labor doula who can provide postpartum services instead- so someone who is flexible to switching should my labor needs change closer to my due date.
Hi there! My name is Corie and I'm 13 weeks pregnant with my first child. I plan to give birth at a hospital. Estimated budget is $2000-2500 at most, but I would love to be able to stay under that amount. I'm still making decisions about my birth plan and would love recommendations from my doula about that. I would love a doula that is DONA certified and has reported attending at least 40 births. I also would like a doula with a variety of birth experiences (e.g., medicated and unmedicated, emergency c-sections. etc). It would be a bonus if my doula participates in a doula community or mentorship. I am a 30 (31 at time of birth) year old married woman. At this time, my pregnancy is low risk and I don't have any special needs.
i am looking for a doula, i am giving birth at Yale New Haven Hospital. I am already 27 weeks pregnant. My budget is $2,000 max. I am looking to have an overall natural birth, and to labor mostly in my home. I am open to having an epidural, but would love to prepare to not have one.
Hello, I am looking for an at home as holistic as possible birth. I already have a 10 year old I am now 35. First pregnancy was amazing everything went well. Vaginal birth. I do not make a lot of money so of ours if insurance pays it would be ideal but I have to explore to see how much it would be so I can start to save now!
