A doula that can help me towards my goal of a natural unmediated birth with my four child while being high risk. Due to high risk possibilities of being induced between 36/38 weeks unless needed to be done sooner. Someone who is easy to get along with and I am comfortable with. And can also help me stand up for what I want while still being safe.

We plan to give birth at Novant @ Forsyth Hospital in Winston Salem, NC and we prefer a natural birth. We are preferably looking for a doula who accepts the WellCare Medicaid plan.
I just got out of an abusive relationship and moved back to town along with issues getting my Medicaid transferred to pregnancy Medicaid. I have not been able to receive prenatal care. I have taken vitamins throughout my pregnancy. I want to explore my options for child birth for this child. If I end up choosing to do a hospital birth then I will more than likely go to Forsyth. I have not had any issues other than swelling in my legs with this pregnancy. I just want to find a midwife and get everything checked out. I am RH- and need my shot.
I plan on having a hospital birth but with as little medications as possible. As close to natural as my body can handle, but in a setting where i have the option and opportunity to change my mind up until the last minute. I want someone able to provide that extra step of care, the nurturing and caring side of pregnancy that is a little less common in a medical setting. My budget is currently still being decided upon but I do have a bit of flexibility in that area.
