Hi, I’ve been an overnight postpartum doula for 4 years and a birth doula for one year. I’m a mother of two and a grandmother to two grandson. I believe parents need support within the first few weeks after coming home with the new addition. Sleep deprivation is real and there might be older siblings that need you, so getting the proper attention of sleep is important . I am there to help you with whatever you need to make your life and your family’s life manageable. I will care for your baby overnight ( feeding, changing, burping, rocking etc)while you get the sleep you deserve. I’ll tidy up your kitchen and wash, dry and fold a load(s)of baby laundry that you might have. If your family has laundry I will be more than willing to wash their laundry as well. If you are breast feeding or bottle feeding I am here to help and support you in any way I can.
