Stories it’s hard to burp her so she is gassy and also if she isn’t full enough or is gassy she can’t sleep 3 hrs. I want to pump and slow down on nursing her so I can get back into working more. I also have Medicaid.

My 2 week old newborn has a shallow latch and it hurts when he nurses. I also don't know if he is getting enough milk so we have been supplementing with formula. Additionally I don't know how to get him on a sleep schedule. Sometimes he sleeps for 4 hour stretches and others he wakes every hour or two. I'll be returning to work soon and I need help to regulate him before I do.
Need help with sleep schedule. He’s goes down around 8pm-9pm with a bottle and dad snuggles. The transfer was fine most of the time. Then we did the CIO and it was 45min to and hour and sometimes less. Now he screams- not cries. And Gaga and screams. I read that I can let him scream it out- but this is a lot.

We are seeking an experienced newborn care specialist and infant sleep consultant to help us improve sleep routines for our 5.5-month-old baby boy. He is healthy, growing well, and primarily breast milk fed. We would like support with age-appropriate sleep schedules, wake windows, nap structure, night wakings, and gentle sleep training approaches that are developmentally appropriate and responsive. The ideal provider has formal newborn care specialist certification and demonstrated experience working with infants 4 to 6 months old. Strong knowledge of infant sleep science, feeding schedules, and calming techniques is important. We prefer someone who uses gentle, non cry-it-out methods and can coach parents with clear guidance and reassurance. Infant CPR and first aid certification is required. Care will focus on sleep support, routine optimization, feeding transitions, and parent education. Additional duties may include helping establish consistent bedtime routines, troubleshooting short naps, offering guidance on night feeds, self-soothing, early solids introduction, and other baby-related tasks as needed.
