I plan to give birth at a hospital. I don't know the costs of doula. I was hoping to get something that is covered completely by insurance. My budget is under $1000 as long as a payment plan is offered. My plan for birth is to go unmedicated. I'm eager to learn about pain management that doesn't include an epidural.
This is my first child. I would like to give birth at the hospital (most likely it will be in Ann Arbor). My budget would be around $2,000. I haven`t decided my birth plan yet but I know that I don`t want to induce the labor unless if necessary and I would prefer a natural birth without epidural injection, however, I`m not opposed. I`m looking for someone who could support me mostly during the labor. My husband will be present too.

I am a dietitian and I understand the importance of breast-feeding and my long-term goal is to rest fit my baby for at least two years, but I am struggling immensely wish my breastmilk output, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong; I’m wondering if my flange size is incorrect or if I’m not using my pump correctly. Please help I’m losing confidence, I’m so sad that this is not working out. I speak English and Spanish, any language would be fine. We are currently uninsured. I plan to give birth in a hospital setting at Beaumont Royal Oak. This is my first pregnancy, and I am currently 23 weeks along. I am hoping for a low-intervention, unmedicated birth if possible, but I am open to medical support as needed and want to feel informed and confident in my decisions. I am looking for a doula who can provide education, emotional support, and advocacy during pregnancy and labor, and help me understand what to expect in a hospital environment. I am still exploring options and would appreciate discussing services, availability, and pricing, including potential payment plans.
