My expertise includes working with multiples, medically fragile infants, hospice care, gentle sleep training, 24/7 support, private travel, and nursery set-up. Whatever your needs, I’m here to make your fourth trimester as smooth and stress-free as possible. I believe in empowering parents by fostering bonding, healing, and confidence in their natural instincts—guiding them every step of the way without pushing any specific methods. Whether you’re looking for overnight assistance or ongoing support, I pride myself on being calm in emergencies, organized, communicative, and adaptable. With a background as a household manager and long-term nanny, I’m skilled in multitasking and have the experience to adjust as your family’s needs evolve. I also bring personal experience as a mom to a large family (seven children!) and have hands-on training with NICU nurses, as well as certifications in CPR and First Aid. Additionally, I’ve trained with experts like CAPPA and Summer Hartman, and gained invaluable experience caring for twins alongside a NICU nurse for two months. If you’d like more information or need support for your family, I’d love to hear from you! Warmly, Misty Morgan

Misty worked for us in taking care of our premature triplets from January 2007 to April 2007. Our triplets were born at 31 weeks. After spending many weeks in the NICU our babies came home but continued to have health issues. One of my babies had an apnea monitor. Many of his apnea episodes were triggered by severe reflux which occurred after feedings. Several times Misty needed to stimulate our son’s vagus nerve in order to get him breathing again. Misty always reacted calm and clear headed during these stressful situations. During this time period, we employed additional people to care for our triplets on different nights. When the other people worked, we kept the baby monitor on, so we could hear if there was a problem. We felt so comfortable with Misty's abilities, that when Misty worked, we would turn off the baby monitor and get a good night's sleep. When Misty arrived at our home we would give her an update on each child. We kept a detailed log on the bodily functions, food intake, and medicines taken by each child. She continued tracking this information on the log sheet for us throughout the night. In the morning, she would give us a verbal accounting on each child and make us aware of any concerns she had for the children. While the babies slept, Misty would do various household duties to help us. Some of these duties included: prepared syringes for each child's oral medication for the next day according to my directions. Prepared three different formula mixtures due to each child having different food sensitivities, made the bottles and labeled each child's bottles for the next day. Loaded and unloaded the dishwasher. Folded and put away the triplets' clothes in the proper place. Everything Misty did for us was done in a very professional manner. She was always on time. On several occasions when Misty was on duty, our four-year old daughter woke up crying in the middle of the night. Misty would comfort her, take her to the bathroom, tuck her back into bed and tell her that everything was alright even though this was not part of her duties. I wholeheartedly recommend Misty Fink for employment. Especially for a family with multiples. We trusted her with our premature triplets and she did an excellent job. She is a very professional, intelligent and caring person.

Misty was amazing at not only taking care of our infant overnight but her general knowledge on babies was incredibly helpful. She got us through reflux, teething, diaper rashes, and sleep training. I trusted her fully with our newborn.

Misty is a special person! I could sleep soundly and peacefully knowing that Misty was in my home caring for my newborn! She brings a wealth of knowledge through her extensive background, which includes newborn care, postpartum doula and sleep consultant. Being a first time mom, I wanted to soak up as much information from her as I could and I welcomed our long chats at the start of the evening. Our relationship did not end when our care ended with her after 12 weeks - she was available for me to text or call at any time if I had any questions. Her work ethic is unmatched. She always shows up to work 15-20 minutes early and is ready to go! At the end of her shift, she would debrief me on the night and also send a recap text of everything that happened (feedings, dirty diapers, medications administered, etc.). Misty’s guidance and support has made me a better and more confident mom and I will always be thankful that our paths crossed when it did.

Misty was the night nurse for our second child in 2021. She was there my first night home from the hospital and for around 6 to 8 weeks after that. We were so lucky to find Misty. She was an absolute angel. We felt extremely comfortable with her and trusted her. Not only was she great with our son, but she was also very supportive of me. Misty helped our son get into a great routine and sleep schedule very early, which made our lives so much easier. Misty was always punctual and professional. I have recommended her to friends and highly recommend her services. She is a gem!

Misty cared for our twins from the time they were 3 months old until they turned 12. She was especially knowledgeable about the infant stage - establishing a sleep schedule, introducing new experiences/foods at the best times, etc. Her patience was nothing short of amazing - she had our twins eating and sleeping on a schedule within a matter of weeks. She also gave us (parents) tons of advice and guidance (we were completely overwhelmed). As the kids got older, she focused on helping them learn manners, giving them new experiences, being creative with crafts and projects. We were often complimented on how well behaved our toddlers were, and we owe credit to Misty for that!

Misty was an incredible help to us with our twins. She worked with us from when the twins were 10 weeks until they were ~8M. She was very knowledgeable and professional, was very communicative with us, and very reliable. She took safety very seriously, and she was very caring with the twins. She shared information and gave us options to think about in terms of night feeds and sleep training, but always listened and followed the plan that my husband and I were most comfortable with. She would be great with a family that wants to be very involved in decision-making, but would also be great with a family that wants the carer to make more of the decisions. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an NCS or any help with their baby.

Misty was so incredibly helpful during a time of so much uncertainty. As first time parents, we had a lot of questions. Instead of relying on Google, she was a resource that actually knew our baby. She was able to help us develop a routine as we got home from the hospital. She allowed us to get a little more sleep than we would have gotten if she wasn't around. I experienced some issues with breastfeeding, and she was able to help me. She also used some of her contacts to answer questions she may not know tons about. Cannot recommend her enough.

I worked with Misty over the course of a year. She was a tremendous help with my twin girls when I brought them home from the NICU. Misty was a life saver. While she took care of our girls, we were able to get much needed sleep. Her night shift always ended with washed bottles drying in the sterilizer, feeding times recorded in a journal and a generalized report how the night went. I highly recommend Mindy for any parents who need help at night and especially parents who are bringing home twin babies!
