Postpartum lactation consult for feeding 9 week old
Im a first time mom located in Chesterfield, VA. I will be giving birth in a hospital to a singleton. I have Humana Military insurance, but we are able to pay up to 1.5k out of pocket.
Lactation consultant covered by insurance and comes to patients home
I am afraid that I might have mastitis and I need to get checked
I plan to give birth in the hospital. Estimated budget $1,000 - $2,000. For our birth plan, I plan to go natural and do breathing techniques and manage the pain on my own. If I need intervention then I may opt for Epidural. But I still would like to be in positions fitted for having the epidural. I do not want to labor on my back. I would like for our birth to be peaceful and beautiful.
15 month EBF baby, I need help with weaning and weight gain. I’m struggling with my mental health.
hospital birth budget <1800 birth plan: vaginal, avoid vaginal tear, I would like to get an epidural , delay cord clamping , want skin to skin right away, want to start breast feed right away
My baby was not able to breastfeed right after birth. He was admitted to the NICU for 5 days due to respiratory issues, so we did not have the opportunity to initiate breastfeeding or establish a latch early on. After bringing him home, I felt hesitant to attempt breastfeeding because of his health concerns. Around 2–3 weeks postpartum, I began trying to breastfeed, but he has difficulty latching and often refuses to take the breast altogether. Currently, he is exclusively formula-fed. I have tried pumping, but my milk supply is very low, and I am only able to express minimal amounts. What I Need Help With I would really appreciate support with: Helping my baby learn to latch and accept the breast Techniques to encourage breastfeeding after a delayed start Guidance on increasing my milk supply Any strategies or tools (positions, nipple shields, etc.) that might help in our situation I’m very motivated to try breastfeeding if it’s still possible and would appreciate any guidance you can provide.
Need help with figuring out how much baby is taking out during nursing sessions.
I would love a home birth and a doula who accepts Medicaid since I’m going through a tough financial time Birth plan would be home dim lights, delayed cord clamping, skin to skin.

I’ve always struggled with low milk supply and want to make sure I have some support in this area this time when baby gets here. I’m going to try to use a SNS and would love someone who is familiar with these to help me learn how to use one..
Home birth midwife that’s accepts Medicaid

I had my daughter on 12/13. She apparently has a tongue tie and nursing is painful. Now I’m cracked and bleeding. It’s even painful to hand express and manually pump. limited budget - I have insurance
I’ve been producing well navigation between nursing and pumping. The last week I’ve noticed that baby will nurse from both sides and still show hunger cues. I also want to make sure I’m producing enough for when I go back to work.
