I am a certified postpartum doula. I have been married for 23 years and am a mother of four children, 8-20. As a longtime homeschooling family, we enjoy traveling, exploring nature, and seeking out new adventures together. Motherhood has been one of my greatest joys in life, and it is what first sparked my love of caring for newborns and supporting new families. I truly enjoy helping parents feel confident and supported as they welcome a new baby. Whether is caring for a newborn, offering reassurance to a tired mother, or helping families settle into their new routines, it is an honor to walk alongside parents during such a special season of life.

I provide in-home postpartum doula support designed to help families feel calm, confident, and cared for during the fourth trimester. My services include newborn care guidance, feeding support (breast or bottle), soothing techniques, and help understanding your baby's cues and sleep patterns. I also offer emotional support for parents, and light baby-related household assistance to help easy the daily load. My goal is to create a grounded, nurturing environment where you can rest, recover, and adjust to life with your new baby while feeling fully supported every step of the way.
I have known Lindsay as both a close friend and as a parent, and I can confidently speak to her character and the qualities she brings to her work supporting families during the postpartum period. In my experience, she is consistently caring, loving, and deeply supportive of the people around her. She is someone who shows up reliably and follows through on what she says she will do, which speaks strongly to her dependability and integrity. She is attentive and thoughtful in her relationships, often anticipating the needs of others and offering support in a steady, grounded way. As a mother, I have seen her demonstrate patience, warmth, and a calm, nurturing presence with her own children. She is intentional in how she cares for her family, and she brings a strong sense of responsibility and compassion into her home life.

From the moment Lindsay walked into our home, everything changed for the better. At 3 months old, our twin girls were refusing to sleep longer than an hour at night, and we were completely exhausted and overwhelmed. Lindsay gently guided us through newborn sleep foundations tailored for twins, helped us establish healthy routines that finally worked, and supported us every step of the way as we transitioned them into their cribs. Thanks to her patience, expertise, and calming presence, our girls are now excellent sleepers who go down happy and sleep much longer stretches. We genuinely owe our sanity (and our good sleeping babies!) to her. She didn’t just teach us techniques—she gave us confidence as new parents and helped our whole family thrive during those hard early months.
