I need a certified lactation consultant to help with latching and supply. Baby latches on one side but not the other - I’ve tried pumping and am not sure if he’s getting enough. He will feed often for long periods or for just 15 minutes and sleep. He had not gained his birth weight back
I can’t get my baby to latch from being bottle fed for so long neither am I making hardly any supply like I used to my first few weeks and I don’t know how to use my breast pump and now the suction is low, I need a lactation consultant that accepts Medicaid
Lactation tips as well as answer questions about a possible nipple bleb.
I’m actually 4 weeks postpartum, and I don’t produce enough milk to fully feed my baby, so I supplement with formula. I’m hoping to increase my milk supply so I can stop using formula and switch to 100% breastfeeding.

Hospital birth, using insurance, looking for in-home lactation providers who are covered by insurance and in-network.
I want to give birth at a hospital. I don’t have a set birth plan yet I kind of need help making one. All I know for sure is that I would like to look into other pain management options than the epidural, a big thing for me is that I would like to move freely as much as possible in labor
The lactation consultant must speak spanish and certificated.
Lactation consultation, my baby latched at the hospital but because my milk supply hadn’t come in yet we had to give formula, now my baby is used to the bottle and struggles to latch to my breast. My milk supply came in, I have an inverted nipple and am struggling. I have had breast reduction surgery before.
I’m struggling with postpartum badly and need a certified therapist as well as a certified pp doula that studied postpartum and all the things that come with it, from the hormone drop, to all the emotions I’m experiencing to help navigate through what I’m going through and feeling. I’m a first time mom to a 10 week old baby, so this is all brand new to me and this had been a huge, beautiful rollercoaster full of ups and downs and I needed help. I’m also looking for an IBCLC to help my baby feed better as breastfeeding can be very frustrating and challenging sometimes. He started well, but it’s kind of tapered a bit. I would also like in-home help such as cleaning and cooking as well if that’s possible. I only have Sunshine Health Insurance and can’t afford to pay out of pocket, so please don’t message me if you don’t accept Sunshine.
My last birth was a freebirth at home, i would prefer to have a medical team of some sort on hand for a homebirth this time. I am currently uncertain on a budget. I would like to plan a homebirth if pregnancy remains low risk. Labor in a quiet, calm environment. Dim lighting. Minimal unnecessary interruptions. Freedom to move, walk, squat, kneel, or change positions as desired. Access to water for comfort measures and possible waterbirth if appropriate. I would prefer non medication comfort measures first. Water immersion, position changes, breathing techniques, massage and counter pressure, and encouragement from support people/team. I would like to avoid unnecessary interventions when i and the baby are doing well. Informed consent before any non-emergency procedures. I would also like to have clear explanations of risks, benefits, and alternatives before decisions are made whenever possible. For delivery i want to be able to push according to my bodys urges rather than directed pushing if safe unless i ask otherwise . Freedom to choose birthing position. I want the baby on my chest immediately if both of us are stable. The golden hour is very important to me. I want delayed cord clamping. I want my partners involved in the delivery and cutting the cord. I would also like to deliver our placenta naturally if safe. I would like to initiate breastfeeding as soon as possible. Routine newborn procedures delayed until after bonding when medically appropriate. Keep mother and baby together whenever possible. Transfer to hospital if medically necessary. Preference for clear communication throughout any transfer. I would prefer a provider who is open minded to odd family dynamics and who has been practicing for at least 5-6 years. I am 28 years old, this is my fifth pregnancy and hopefully fourth birth.
I do t know what budget to have as I do t know what is a realistic amount I really want to just have a different experience My first birth I want to be more in control and try to do no epidural and also have help learning the best breast feeding technique I’ll be wanting to give birth advent health celebration
lactation consultant for my newborn and i. poor latch possible issue with milk transfer.
I am looking for an experienced IBCLC lactation consultant to help evaluate breastfeeding and milk transfer for my 10-day-old baby. I would like support with latch, assessing whether my baby is getting enough milk, understanding cluster feeding vs hunger, and guidance on pumping and supplementation if needed. My baby has frequent gas discomfort and wants to stay attached to the breast for long periods, so I would like someone who can do a weighted feed and observe a full feeding session if possible. I am looking for someone patient, knowledgeable, and experienced with newborn breastfeeding support and postpartum mothers. Home visits or virtual support are welcome. Spanish-speaking would be much better.
I need a feeding test done for a tongue tie and also lactating
I currently use the Spectra and Mom cozy breast pumps Right flange size? Am i installing it correctly for the optimum pump? Am i doing the correct pattern stimulation and expression as well as how high the setting is? Should i be pumping after i nurse? Is my schedule ok? 15-20 min only? **What do i do when the baby won’t latch but he’s perfectly capable of doing so but just wants the bottle nipple? **In general i need support getting my baby to feed. I desperately want to breast feed and not use formula.
