Baby has a very shallow latch and both breasts have been damaged since the first day. We are currently using formula while I pump breast milk (as that does not hurt) so I can build a supply for her whether I continue to breast feed or bottle feed with breast milk. I need a Lactation consult with a lot of experience close to Easton MA that can see me in house and takes BCBS of RI insurance
I need in home lactation consultant and massage specialist
I am approximately two weeks postpartum following a C-section delivery and am seeking lactation support due to low milk supply and breastfeeding difficulties. My son is primarily formula-fed, with breast milk supplementation when available. I have been pumping frequently, often 8 or more times per day, but my milk output remains very low and inconsistent. Some pumping sessions produce only a few drops or a very small amount of milk, which has been discouraging. I am currently using a Spectra S2 pump and also have a wearable pump. My baby has latched on occasion, but we have struggled to establish consistent breastfeeding. His pediatrician is also monitoring his weight gain, which has increased my concerns about milk transfer and supply. I would like assistance with assessing latch, milk transfer, pumping techniques, flange sizing, increasing milk production, and developing a feeding plan that supports both my baby’s growth and my breastfeeding goals.
I am looking for a well experienced provider to help guide and give tips before baby is born and how to maintain a good supply along the way.

1. Plan to have an at home water birth 2. For out of pocket cost I can do a max of 2-3k 3. My birth plan is still being currently formulated. The general gist would consist of having a doula present as well as a midwife to assist with the delivery. I will have my immediate family present, which will consist of my husband, mother, sister, and father. The birth will be done in my family home, in an enclosed backyard porch where the birthing pool will be placed. All-natural birth with no medication and just good vibes and energy
i am a 31 year old first time mom and my baby is a little over 3 months old. breastfeeding had been an excruciatingly painful and isolating experience. my baby is gaining weight well and the lactation consultant at the pediatricians office says her latch is good but i can’t seem to get any support for my pain. there are brief moments of progress but we’re set back by bleeding nipples and clogged ducts. i feel like i am close to giving up and i need help. it’s affecting my mental health.
I'm approaching birth as naturally as possible, with little to no interventions. Planning on giving birth at the Woman and Infants hospital in the ABC room, but if it's not available then a regular labor and delivery room.
Need a lactation consultant that is covered with my insurance, having trouble with latches and feeding is too painful sometimes.
My husband and I are looking for an experienced birth doula for the birth of our first child around 3/8/26 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. I plan on requesting an epidural and would like to work with someone who can provide gentle, proactive, constructive support with that in mind. We value someone who is calm, experienced, an active participant, and who brings a good energy.
My daughter was born on 4/9 at 37+4 via induction. She’s currently being monitored at home for weight and jaundice. We’ve been advised to triple feed (breast, bottle, pump), and it’s been quite overwhelming to manage. I’m struggling with using a nipple shield effectively, coordinating triple feeding (timing, sleep, cleaning supplies), and feeling confident with bottle feeding. Each cycle is taking over 2 hours, yet we’re supposed to repeat every 2–3 hours, which has been really challenging. I’m currently pumping about 1–1.5 oz per side when she hasn’t just fed, otherwise much less. We’re in West Roxbury and would love in-home support as soon as possible. I have a Harvard Pilgrim HMO and believe lactation services are covered
I am looking for a postpartum doula who can help take care of our baby at night. I am scheduled to have a C-section and know I will need some extra care to recover and looking for someone to help with nights.

I have dual autoimmune diseases, Crohn’s disease and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and would like to meet with someone who is familiar with autoimmune issues and breastfeeding
