I would like a Doula who will coach me during and be with me during birth.
Plan to give birth at hospital with epidural. I am looking for someone to coach me and ground me during the process. This is my second baby and my first was traumatic/painful delivery with epidural

I would like to give birth naturally without epidural at the hospital with the help of a doula or midwife
I plan to give birth at Baptist Main in Kendall. This will be my first birth, and I am hoping to labor at home as much as possible. I would prefer to not give birth lying down and I want to try to give birth without an epidural if possible. I am hoping for minimal medical intervention, music playing, dim lights if possible, and I am hoping to be able to move around during birth. I am nervous about a hospital birth, as I would have preferred a birthing center/tub birth, but the hospital is what our insurance will cover. I also am still working out some of the details of the birth plan, so this is what I have right now. We are on a tight budget right now, so I don’t think we can spend more than max $1000 on doula services.
Looking to have an unmedicated, natural birth. I had a prior traumatic birth experience in 2021 with a failed epidural, and labored for 30+ hours. The goal is to have a calm, natural birth. I am looking for someone to help emotionally and physically during the labor and delivery process at the hospital.
I was wanting a doula . I only have pregnancy Medicaid and I planned on giving birth at Jackson hospital
Hospital, plan to use Florida blue insurance, I want to aim for a natural birth
Plan to birth at west Kendall Baptist hospital. Our budget is very minimal as we wish to use health insurance to help cover the majority of the costs. Our birth plan is very simple I wish to birth our first born as unmedicated as possible. I wish to avoid any medications unless medically necessary. I want to allow my body to do what it’s suppose to do with myself managing pain and controlling my mind, thoughts and emotions. I wish for the provider to have years at least 3 year of experience and to be medically certified. Not a must but to speak Spanish as their second language. I am 30 years old with a medical history of asthma. I am a certified physician assistant that works in Craniofacial in pediatrics. I am looking to have my doula visit postpartum to give me some pointers after birth and help with breastfeeding. I currently have united healthcare insurance.
I plan to give birth at Baptist South Hospital and my birth plan as of right now is extremely flexible, I am not set on one thing or another. I’d really like assistance with cooking and sleep training if needed as well.

Medicaid - Community Care Plan insurance, planning a no intervention un-medicated hospital birth
I would like a doula present during labor to support my desire for an all natural labor with no Pitocin or epidural.
I plan to give birth at Baptist Kendall location. I have $1000 to put towards the expense. I would like to have a natural unmedicated birth. Ideally I’d work with an English speaking black woman with at least 5 years experience. I’ll be 37 by the time of delivery. It would be wonderful if they knew how to do after birth healing baths.
Birth at hospital, estimated budget is $2k - $2.5k. **GENERAL INFO & PHILOSOPHY** --- - **Goal:** A low intervention vaginal birth - **Support Team:** Partner, doula - **Flexibility:** We understand that plans can change; the goal is to communicate preferences clearly but we are open to medical necessity **INDUCTION** --- - **Avoid inducing labor:** If water breaks before contractions start, wait 12 hours and induce labor only if labor has not started by then. In this scenario, avoid digital vaginal exams unless necessary. **LABOR PREFERENCES** --- - **Environment:** Dim lights, quiet, low stimulation, calming music - **Movement:** Free to move, use birthing ball, shower, squat bar, or chair - room with tub, if available - **Monitoring:** Intermittent (ideal) or mobile fetal monitoring - continuous only if medically necessary - **Hydration/Food:** Allowed to drink clear fluids - **IV/Access:** Saline lock preferred over continuous IV fluids - **Pain Management (Non-Medical):** Massage, breathing, water immersion (first stage), counterpressure, TENS, hot compress (second stage) - **Interventions (Avoid if possible):** - Pitocin - Artificial rupture of membranes (AROM) - Episiotomy - Forceps/vacuum **DELIVERY PREFERENCES** --- **For a vaginal birth, I would like:** - Warm compresses on perineum - To choose own pushing position (hands/knees, squatting, side-lying). - For my husband to cut the umbilical cord, unless medically not recommended - For my baby to be put directly onto my chest immediately after delivery - To begin breastfeeding my baby as soon as possible after birth - Pitocin for third stage of labor
