I have no plan as of right now I am seeking options. This is my first baby and I am just curious about this process and how much it would cost. I currently am probably going to be a single mom. I work a part-time job and I am incredibly broke right now, so I really don’t know what I’m supposed to do if you could just give me any advice
I need everything I can get, this is my first pregnancy, I am waiting on insurance to kick in, the ob I chose wants $450 for the first appointment. We are clueless and need some guidance
Hi I am looking for a doula and a midwife that will listen to my needs and what I need and the baby needs.
Wanting to give birth in a birthing center and stay away from hospitals. A water birth would be the perfect scenario. We don’t have a budget yet but would like to keep it cost effective and be able to use our insurance. I want a natural birth with as much training as possible to prevent tears and intervention.
I desire a midwife who’s reliable and well studied in the field. I’d like a doula who’s had a lot of experience in childbirth. I plan to give birth at a birthing center without any medication. My preference is to give birth in the water but bed is fine, too. My estimate budget is $800-$1,000.
We plan to give birth in the hospital. I can’t have an epidural because of my spinal fusion so we want to try a natural birth. I don’t want to give birth on my back and would like to discuss other options for more natural birth positions. We want to breastfeed but also use a bottle so dad can do feedings. Open to understanding including formula.
Wanting an intimate, minimally invasive home birth. Have TriCare insurance.
1. Plan to give birth at home in Port Tampa, FL 2. Active duty military looking for certified nurse midwife (CNM) so I can use my Tricare insurance. 3. My first baby, I want a natural birth at home.
My last birth was a freebirth at home, i would prefer to have a medical team of some sort on hand for a homebirth this time. I am currently uncertain on a budget. I would like to plan a homebirth if pregnancy remains low risk. Labor in a quiet, calm environment. Dim lighting. Minimal unnecessary interruptions. Freedom to move, walk, squat, kneel, or change positions as desired. Access to water for comfort measures and possible waterbirth if appropriate. I would prefer non medication comfort measures first. Water immersion, position changes, breathing techniques, massage and counter pressure, and encouragement from support people/team. I would like to avoid unnecessary interventions when i and the baby are doing well. Informed consent before any non-emergency procedures. I would also like to have clear explanations of risks, benefits, and alternatives before decisions are made whenever possible. For delivery i want to be able to push according to my bodys urges rather than directed pushing if safe unless i ask otherwise . Freedom to choose birthing position. I want the baby on my chest immediately if both of us are stable. The golden hour is very important to me. I want delayed cord clamping. I want my partners involved in the delivery and cutting the cord. I would also like to deliver our placenta naturally if safe. I would like to initiate breastfeeding as soon as possible. Routine newborn procedures delayed until after bonding when medically appropriate. Keep mother and baby together whenever possible. Transfer to hospital if medically necessary. Preference for clear communication throughout any transfer. I would prefer a provider who is open minded to odd family dynamics and who has been practicing for at least 5-6 years. I am 28 years old, this is my fifth pregnancy and hopefully fourth birth.
Plan on giving birth at home. Water birth preferred. Someone that work with my Oscar Health insurance

1. St Joes South Hospital 2. I’m not sure what the price range is for something of this nature. I’m open to options and curious as to if any midwife’s take insurance? 3. I am a high risk patient as I have PCOS, Unicornuate Uterus & have done IVF. I’m looking for a labor/delivery that is minimal to no intervention. I am against any and all vaccines, eye ointment, etc. I’d like delayed cord clamping.
• I would like to have a home birth (water bath, unmedicated) • I have medicaid insurance • I need a birth plan! This is my first child, I am excited yet nervous.
I would like someone to talk to other than my OB about my pregnancy and what symptoms I am having. I would like someone to explain what each big milestone is of the pregnancy and what each test is looking for.
I’m needing prenatal care that is after work hours as well as labor prep
Home birth in North Port, FL. First time pregnancy
Plan to give birth at home.. ideally in water. This will be my 4th baby. My first was delivered in a hospital. Second was a free birth. Third was birthed in a birthing center. All non mediated. My husband and I like as MINIMAL intervention/medication/testing as possible-- only what is absolutely necessary. That being said, we are hoping our budget can be around $7000.
I will be having a home birth unless absolutely necessary that I go to a hospital. Don’t necessarily have a budget but that is because our funds are tight but we are going to do what we need to in order to have a home birth. I would love to find someone who offers payment plans if possible :) I am located in North Port. I plan to have an all natural birth with my husband, and mom present. I am not 100% sure that i will want to have a water birth but i would like to have it as an option!
I wanted to consider all options. Home/birthing center/hospital. I would prefer a natural birth in water.
This is our first pregnancy, we have been trying for years but wanted it to happen on God's timing and it did! We want a home birth, water birth, and are looking for a midwife that would be a perfect fit for us!
