I would like a doula that will be my advocate during the birthing process and help me with a natural unmedicated birth by positions, exercises, and breathing techniques. I am still currently working on my birth plan so I could use help on that aspect as well, but I know I want to have an unmedicated natural birth. We have medicaid and medical mutual, and would love a doula who accepts insurance. I don't have much of a birth plan -- I want an epidural, but I also would like to birth in positions behind just on my back.
