I'm Ashley! I'm Ontario born, but the island has been my home for many years. I live near Nanaimo with my partner and our dog, Carter. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and riding my motorbike. In my spare time I love learning about nutrition and cooking traditional foods. Going through the journey of birth and postpartum, can be challenging - but it can also be a beautiful, memorable, and positive experience too!
