Night nanny to cover overnights for newborn baby. Sunday - Thurs night
I plan to deliver at Harrisburg hospital UPMC. I am looking for a night nanny as my husband and I both work nightshift at the same time, sometimes. We are both police officers. There would be 2 children. A 3yr old, soon to be 4yrs old, and then the baby due this year. We are unsure what to expect as far as pay, as we have heard from low to far end and would like to stick under $25/hr for 8-10hour stretches. I have a planned c-section for 4/11
Help with overnight feedings, changing diapers, putting back to sleep. Not looking for every day more like 1-3 days a week. Budget is somewhere around 25ish an hour.
Writing this as a test to see what pricing is like for a night nanny
Prefer the night nanny has at least 5 years experience in night nanny services. Baby is 1 month old, has trouble sleeping at night without cuddles, seems colicky and can be inconsolable. Underweight, needs fed frequently at least every 3-4 hours. Sleep training would be helpful as baby is very fussy at night and refuses bassinet but will sleep in it during the day. Looking for at least 6 hours a night on weeknights. Could pay up to $20 an hour.
We had our third baby on January, 7, 2026. My husband is home with the kids and able to be off of work for a while. I ended up unexpectedly back in the hospital with a number of complications on January 13 and am still in the hospital. We could use a night nurse to help with the baby overnight at our house.

We are looking for a newborn care specialist for our three week year-old one night a week. We live in Baltimore City. I am a first time mom looking for a Doula to come and spend time with me and my newborn (3/19/26 DOB) and provide education and assistance as we make this transition. This would be short term to help us be set up for success. I want to make sure I understand all his cues to the best of my ability - what truly is hungry, versus needing soothing, gas vs burping, etc. we also recently started using a sleep schedule and I’m not sure how helpful it is. I am also potentially interested in overnight assistance.
I need of changing and feeding during sleep hours
