If you are looking for a doula, look no further. I don’t have enough words to describe how incredible Anjolie was throughout my pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum journey. My husband and I were initially on the fence about hiring a doula because of the amount of information available on social media. We thought we could “be our own doula,” but looking back, I know with certainty that I would not have achieved my goal of an unmedicated birth without Anjolie’s support. There is no way we could have made it through a 30+ hour unmedicated labor without her. Anjolie is clearly called by the Lord to support women through one of the most beautiful experiences of their lives. She was always available to answer questions, full of wisdom and guidance during moments of anxiety or unexpected challenges, and always placed prayer at the center of her care. During the most intense moments of labor, her calm presence and steady voice helped me cope with each contraction. She was incredibly resourceful with positions and techniques to help manage labor discomfort and assured me that my doctors and nurses were respecting my birth plan. Even now, postpartum, Anjolie continues to check in, offering support and answering questions. We would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and faith-based doula.
