Packages
Birth Package
A birth package is typically 2 prenatal visits which cover a range of topics including but not limited to: Birth Plan, Pelvic Floor Stretches, Stages of Labor, Pain Management Techniques, and any questions you may have. During labor I am available for you at any time until baby is born to help with positioning, encouragement, and advocacy. Also included is a Post partum visit to process your birth, answers any questions you may have with baby, post-partum recovery, or breastfeeeding.
