I plan to give birth in evergreen hospital. This is my second baby and my first was a c section. I’m 37 years old and would like to have a vaginal birth but hospital recommends to schedule a c section but won’t stop for vaginal if I go into labor on my own. Need to prepare myself for a vaginal birth.

I plan to give birth in my home, and have a water tub available. I do not have a budget. I want my birth to be in my living room, with a warm tub of water available. I want to be able to go into any position I feel is needed. I would like delayed cord clamping, and no vaccines or shots of any sorts after baby is born, and to keep the vernix caseosa on after birth for at least 24 hours. I would like my husband to be there, and possibly my mother, along with a midwife and a doula. I would like some music, and support from everyone in the room. if a medical emergency were to happen, there is a fire station across the street, and hospital is 10-15 minutes away. This is my first pregnancy, and I would love a happy and safe home birth. I am still actively researching.
