Pocket Doula Care provides hands-on postpartum support and dedicated birth assistance, thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs. Services include overnight newborn care, feeding support, parental guidance, emotional support, and experienced birth advocacy. I work closely with families to create a smooth, supported transition in the early weeks—prioritizing rest, recovery, and confident bonding with your baby. Every plan is flexible, personalized, and designed to meet you where you are.

– Two prenatal visits in-person – Education + evidence-based information – On-going access to support via email, text, and call – Continuous labor and birth support – 1 postpartum visit (ideally within 10 days) – On-going access during the fourth trimester for anything mother + baby related via email or text – Connection to local and online resources as needed – Optional Add-On: Tens unit (rental $35 flat fee)
