About me

Hi! My name is Trisha, I’m a certified postpartum doula who offers travel contracts to those seeking support! My husband and I moved from Stamford, CT to NC 5 years ago where I started my doula business. I am based in North Carolina, but I regularly return to Connecticut where I was born and raised to support families through postpartum! I’m certified through ProDoula and have over 15 years of experience caring for newborns and supporting families during the postpartum period. I frequently visit the Fairfield County area to spend time with my family and friends, and I love being able to give back to the community that raised me by offering in-person postpartum care while I’m there. Whether you’re looking for overnight care, daytime support, or a calming presence during those early weeks, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.

Service introduction

As a postpartum doula, I offer daytime, evening and overnight support to help you feel more rested, confident, and cared for in this deeply personal season of life. My care goes beyond just baby snuggles (though there will be plenty of those!). I’m here to support you in every way. To help you heal physically, emotionally, and mentally as you adjust to this new chapter. Whether it’s holding space for your birth story, offering a moment of quiet so you can breathe, or reminding you that you’re doing an amazing job, my goal is to show up with warmth, understanding, and no judgment. Daytime Support: During the day, I offer gentle, knowledgeable support to help you feel more confident and cared for in the early weeks with your baby. I can assist with newborn care, feeding support (bottle or breastfeeding), light housework, education, and even light errands all with the goal of bringing more ease and comfort into your day. Whether you’re hoping to nap, shower, eat a meal while it’s still warm, or simply breathe a little deeper, I’m here to support your healing and help your household run more smoothly. Evening Support: Evening support is ideal for families who need an extra set of hands during the busy hours between late afternoon and bedtime. Especially popular for those who have other kiddos, this support helps make evenings feel less chaotic and more manageable. I assist with newborn care, feeding, soothing, and settling routines, as well as helping you tidy up or prep for the next day. Whether you’re looking to rest, focus on your older children, or enjoy a quiet moment to shower in peace, I’m there to ease the evening stress and support a smoother transition into nighttime. Overnight Support: Overnight care gives you the chance to rest and recharge while knowing your baby is in loving, capable hands. I take care of feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and anything else your little one needs throughout the night. Whether you’re exclusively breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or doing a mix of both, I’ll follow your preferences and keep a gentle rhythm so your family can get the rest you need. Every baby and family is different, so I tailor my care to fit your routines, always with your healing, comfort, and peace of mind at the center of it all.
