About me

As both a nurse and a caregiver, I bring not only clinical expertise but also a deep sense of compassion and respect for families. My background as a NICU nurse has given me extensive experience in caring for the most fragile and precious little ones, and it has shaped my philosophy of providing care that is safe, nurturing, and centered on the unique needs of each baby. I believe in creating a calm, supportive environment where infants can thrive, while also offering parents peace of mind knowing their child is in capable and caring hands. Caring for newborns is not just my profession—it is my passion. I understand that entrusting someone with your baby is one of the biggest decisions you can make, and my goal is to support families with a balance of clinical knowledge and warm, attentive care. Whether it’s helping a little one adjust to new routines, promoting healthy development, or providing parents with reassurance and guidance, I am dedicated to being a reliable partner in your baby’s earliest days.

Service introduction

As a NICU nurse, I bring both professional expertise and a deep sense of compassion to supporting families with their newborns. I understand that the early days of parenthood can be both joyful and overwhelming, and my goal is to provide the kind of care that gives parents peace of mind. Whether it’s guiding families through feeding schedules, monitoring newborn well-being, or creating a calm nighttime routine so parents can rest, I offer care rooted in experience, patience, and gentleness. In addition to my clinical background, I also provide night nanny services designed to help parents adjust to life with a newborn. This includes overnight feedings, soothing techniques, and ensuring that babies are safe, comfortable, and nurtured while parents get much-needed rest. My philosophy is to blend medical knowledge with warmth and reassurance, giving families confidence and comfort as they welcome their little one home.

Working with Tracy has been a wonderful experience. She brings both professional expertise as a nurse and the nurturing perspective of being a mother of three. Tracy has a calm, reassuring presence and an incredible depth of knowledge about newborn care, safe sleep, and infant soothing. She not only provides exceptional care for babies, but also supports parents in feeling more confident and rested during those challenging early days. Tracy is reliable, compassionate, and flexible, which made such a difference for our family. I would highly recommend her to any parent seeking a newborn specialist or night nanny—you’ll feel at ease knowing your baby is in such capable and caring hands.
