I will most likely give birth in a hospital. I have taken one hospital tour and will be taking another tour in July. I have not narrowed down my birth plan or budget yet.
- Heart2Heart Birth Centre - natural birth in water - unknown - natural birth, with midwife, at birthing center, Christian music, water birth, etc - n/a preferred Christian doula but just someone who I feel is the perfect fit in the end - assistance maybe with cleaning but mainly for the birth
Needing a sibling doula while I am in labor and need to go to hospital
1: Advent Health Hospital in Orlando 2: Open for discussion 3: N/A at the moment
I am looking for a Christian (specifically Catholic, if possible) birth doula to provide support for the birth of my first child. I am planning a hospital birth. Assuming everything is low-risk and safe, I desire to have an unmedicated vaginal birth with freedom to move around, try different positions, labor in the shower if helpful, and to bring God and prayer into the delivery room. Our baby girl's name is Maria Elisabeth, and she is due on October 4th, 2026!
1. Where do you plan to give birth? I plan to give birth at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies. 2. Estimated Budget / Insurance Information I have Medicaid and prefer to work with providers who accept Humana Medicaid coverage. 3. Birth Plan Summary My priorities for birth are: Care from a provider experienced with high-risk pregnancies who understands how to support and advocate for me. A focus on minimum necessary medical intervention, unless it becomes medically necessary for the safety of me or my baby. A team that listens to my preferences and supports evidence-based decisions. Freedom to move during labor, with supportive comfort measures. Immediate skin-to-skin contact after birth and support initiating breastfeeding (if desired). Clear communication about any recommended interventions before they occur.

Someone who is comfortable working with a plus size mom. My estimated budget is $1800 I am planning to vbac, I did experience a traumatic GA emergency c-section and a uterine inversion in my previous birth. Looking for a doula that will help keep informed consent between doctors, nurses, and I, and strive to help me have a healthy delivery.

I am pregnant and planning a hospital birth. I have Medicaid coverage and am looking for a doula who accepts Medicaid. I would like support during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. I am interested in education, emotional support, advocacy during labor, and breastfeeding guidance. Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required. My budget is based on Medicaid-covered services.
Hospital birth but as natural as possible. I want unmediated no cervical checks delayed cord clamping dad to catch baby and cut cord. Has experience and succeed with natural births
Birthing at Viera hospital, I don’t have an estimated budget, I need to work on completing my birth plan
I will be having a hospital birth, but I want to be able to have an unmedicated birth in whatever position feels right and be able to do that with the support of someone who can advocate for me when I cannot. Along with not just delayed cord clamping I want to wait until the cord is white and no longer pulsing. Having someone there to help me remain comfortable and confident in myself and my decisions. I would also like to gain the knowledge on what to do before, during, and after labor. This is my first pregnancy at 34 year old and im a bit nervous. My budget is around $1,000-1,500.
