I offer a full online birth course with a physiology first perspective in hospital settings, and we do the work together to adjust mindsets, clear fears, improve our health and baby's positioning, and prepare for the unknowns (including NICU and C-Section). During your birth, I love supporting physiology regardless of what interventions come our way. This can look anything from helping you into positions with a peanut ball to open the levels of your pelvis while you rest with your epidural, to supporting the natural flow of oxytocin during a labor induction. On my second birth but learned so much. Sarah was really great at pointing me in the right direction for information and giving me points to think about, nutrition to take and excises to do to make birth easier. So happy to have worked with Sarah! Would highly recommend!

I was so grateful to have Kaytalyn there when my baby was born. The night I met her was the night my baby was born. I unexpectedly needed a c-section two days before I was 34 weeks. I went to the hospital straight from a doctor's appointment, which I was supposed to have gone home and had my first appointment with her, when I realized I wasn't going to make the appointment, she just so happened to call to let me know she was going to be late due to horrible traffic, when I explained the situation instead of canceling the appointment she came straight to the hospital and spent the next eight or so hours with me, helping and go through a c-section and recovery and just be there with me so my husband could be with our baby in the NICU. I was so grateful to have her there, otherwise I would have been alone after going through a very traumatic situation, very suddenly. Over the next month while our baby was in the nicu she checked on us almost daily and sometimes more. Then, after our sweet baby came home, she came and helped me with various things so I didn't so feel so overwhelmed by everything that was happening and had happened. I had no idea when we obtained her services that we would be cared for so well. I would recommend hiring her to anyone who was looking for a Dula. She was wonderful!

Natalie was the only one who could calmly guide our baby to sleep, and she had such a natural way of connecting with our toddler. Working with Whitney as our doula was one of the greatest decisions we made for our birth. She was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, she jumped into action and had an amazing ability to read the room and know exactly what was needed all while maintaining a calm presence. One of our biggest hopes in hiring a doula was for my husband to feed confident and supported during labor, and Whitney exceeded every expectation. During our pre-labor visits, she walked us through our birth plan, answered all of our questions, and taught us strategies and techniques for pain management. Throughout the weeks leading up to birth, she stayed in close contact, checking in over text and offering reassurance whenever we needed it. When I was induced, Whitney was the first one at the hospital. My labor involved more interventions than I had hoped for, and she helped me understand each one, talk through my options, and know what questions to ask the midwives. Through every contraction, she was right there providing counter pressure and steady emotional support. Even though my birth took unexpected turns and didn’t follow my original plan, Whitney helped make it a magical, empowering and truly beautiful experience. I wish I could give Morgan 10 stars. She was amazing throughout my entire experience. She helped me through my 33 hours of mostly unmedicated labor by providing foot and head massages, hip pressure, back rubs, and so much more. She also made sure the hospital staff were aware of my birth plan and advocated for me and helped me decide what was right when they suggested we deviate from it. She made labor and delivery so much better than it would have been that I will never have another baby without her.
