1 Postpaturm Visit
1 Postpaturm Check in
Prenatal Visit include: Immediate family/ birth team engagement; Emotional and Physical support and empowerment; Discussions and knowledge on birth rights, steps of labor, nutrition per trimester; Birth and Postpartum plans; basic breastfeeding support; labor positions and natural comfort measures; and more.
Postpartum check-in Includes: Basic breastfeeding support, newborn care techniques, mental health check-in, review of how birth went.
Postpartum Visit Includes: Basic breastfeeding support, newborn care, sibling care, light housekeeping, light meal prep, mental health check-in, additional resources as needed.
All Visits and Check ins are typically 2 hours.
Package also includes Healing Postpartum Stew and Mommy and Baby custom shirt and onesie set.
