Lactation consultant. Help with latch, pumping, and reflux

Looking for an IBCLC lactation consultant. Daughter had a lil tie revision and pediatric dentist mentioned tongue tie but we have done anything for it yet. Still having trouble latching, choking, spitting up, bottom lip is tucked under still when latching

Newborn bay having a hard time getting him to combo feed with bottle and nipple. Extreme frustrations and back arching kicking and pushing away from nipple.

I plan to give birth at Flagler hospital in Saint Augustine. I am hoping to pay little to nothing. I hope to have a calm, natural birth, with dim lights, in a natural position for me, and where I can let my body do the work instead of pushing and tearing. I am hoping for a doula that is non judgmental, open minded, and has a calming presence, but can be stern with the hospital employees if needed. I plan to give birth at Baptist clay hospital in Fleming Island. I will be 39 years old when I deliver. This will be my second birth and I have a mild cord insertion. My first child was born at a birthing center with a natural vaginal birth. I'm hoping to have a natural vaginal birth this second time as well. Looking to spend under $2,000 and really only interested in help on delivery day as well as photography at delivery. My birth plan as mentioned above is a natural vaginal birth, I'm not looking to be induced or have pain medication. I'd like to do skin to skin immediately after birth and delayed cord clamping. In addition, I would like my baby to receive all of the standard childhood vaccinations such as vitamin k, eye ointment and Hep b. I have no other high-risk symptoms other than my age and the mild cord insertion. All of my other vitals have been great. And just for history, my first birth was at age 36.

Help with breastfeeding, my baby has a lip tie that makes it hard for her to latch. Also help with pumping, I don’t think I’m getting all of the milk that I could be getting out when pumping.

My baby has a poor latch, she had a tongue tie which was fixed but now that she’s latching it is extremely painful and it burns my nipples

I need help with my 5 week old who is experiencing reflux. I believe it is partly due to a shallow latch and/or other oral disfunction or tension. I have consulted a lactation consultant virtually, but would like to see someone in person.

I am having a few little issues/questions regarding breastfeeding. She won’t feed every three hours yesterday or today but she’s perfectly content and has peed and pooped just fine.

I need help to figure out how to successfully pump and on my baby latching

Certified lactation consultant. I’ve been exclusively pumping for the last 2 months and it’s been very painful the entire time. I’ve been to my hospitals lactation consultant 3 times within the first month for help but nothing she has recommended has helped me. She measured me for flanges and gave me 3 different sizes but they all seem to hurt.
