Looking for a VBAC homebirth or VBAC birthing center birth.

I'm looking to give birth at a facility or hospital. Morristown Nj. My birth plan is to hopefully give birth in a water birthing tub, natural and only medicine offered if I ask, delayed cord cutting, no episiotomy, no force on when my water breaks or placenta comes, golden hour, no shots or vaccines in myself or my baby... basically all holistic and natural unless I say differently.

Seeking a certified midwife for a home birth procedure.

We want to give birth at home, in a pool if possible. Our budget is flexible and for a birth plan: delayed cord clamping, move freely not confined to bed, wants a midwife who will not yell but will stay calm, just husband and midwife at the final stages of labor, husband wants to help deliver, and wants kangaroo time

I've been trying to find a midwife for a while. I am in my second trimester and due on the 17th of September with my first baby. Every midwife I've tried around me has been booked or doesn't do first time births/babies. I would love to give birth at home, we can pay up to $5000 or we are able to work with more if need be. I want a calm atmosphere, I would love a pool but willing to discard if need be. No medication, I want my husband to catch the baby, cut the cord and announce the gender. I do not want the cord to be cut until it has stopped pulsing and turned white. I do not want to be asked unnecessary questions that my husband can answer when my body and mind is in labor mode. I want to move how ever my body tells me to move I do NOT want to be on my back when baby makes his or her debut. This is what I have come up with so far I am sure there will be more to decide or change my mind about , I will communicate that. Thank you for your time I know its a lot, but it means a lot to us. Planning to give birth at Englewood Hospital. I have an ob gyn but would like to have additional and more extensive support for prenatal care. Longer visits, more blood work and emotional and physical support leading up to birth. Also after birth I would love the support of the midwife. I’m looking for a midwife that has a holistic approach to birth and pregnancy.

For a midwife: I want my birth to be as natural as possible, no medical interference other than the fact that I want it to be in a hospital, just for my peace of mind. For a night nurse: I am just curious in looking at my options.

I would like to give birth at home but live in a basement apartment so I may need to find a birthing center. I have medicaid insurance and would love someone covered but am willing to pay 4.5k for the midwife and doula. I want a no-intervention birth with Ina Mays style of positioning. I'd like to incorporate hypnobirthing as well. Definitely don't want an epidural or to be induced.
