As a first time mama I had lots of questions and I means lots more then you could possibly imagine, god knew I needed someone like Selina . The night I was searching for my doula I came across many may doula pages and the moment I saw Selina’s profile my body filled with goosebumps I asked god to guide me to help pick what doula i should choose and there was Selina . Real story I’m not lying god helped me choose right . I didn’t grow up I can say with both parents in my life and even as an adult I don’t have my parents due to there own choices they made it there life . Selina was like my little mama angel that came by and guided me through the end of my pregnancy when things were getting really tough, through labor and delivery . I couldn’t ask for anyone better and I’m so grateful she was my doula . She answered my every question, listened to my cries and was supportive the whole way along . If you are having trouble choosing a doula this is your sign to search no further . I had a truly meaningful experience with my doula, who supported me both before and during my birth. Having Selina as my doula was an absolute blessing. She provided guidance on breathing techniques and thoroughly reviewed various labor positions, along with stretches to help prepare for childbirth. During labor, she remained patient, soft-spoken, and consistently supportive, creating a calm and reassuring presence. She made every effort to ensure my comfort, offering options such as adjusting positions to improve ease during the process. Additionally, she fostered a peaceful environment and advocated on my behalf in the hospital by clearly communicating my birth plan to the medical team. I confidently recommend Selina.

Selina was there for me for my first delivery of my baby girl, she was amazing!!!! She was the best person I could have had with me, prayed through every contraction, reminded me to breathe, made it such a calm and relaxing environment. Baby girl ended up making a quick unexpected entrance so while staff was working with me she stood with my baby to make sure she was ok. I can never thank her enough for being there during such a vulnerable and sacred time but I thank God for her and couldn’t have had anyone better.

I found Selina about 3 months before my delivery , not only did she have fast response but she did take me on as a client. I’ve never had a doula before nor have I given birth but after much research I knew I needed a support person. Selina exceeded my expectations of what a doula does and provides. She made us feel like family and I’ve created such a strong bond with was once a complete stranger. From all the prenatal visits , to my actual birth, and now postpartum she has been a rock for me and has been so helpful. Selina provided all guidance,knowledge , and amenities to make my birth story amazing ! All that she has to offer and does for her clients is actually priceless. God has blessed me with finding Selina and I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s even considering hiring a doula. The fact also that I was willing to pay cash and Selina went the extra mile and looked to see if my insurance covered it (which thank god they did) was just amazing ! My review can go on and on about every single thing she’s done to help or made me to feel better but I’d have to write a book for that😭 thank you so much Selina for all the love hard work and dedication you’ve put into my journey 💖
