About me

My name is Rowan Hawkins (she/they), and I bring nearly three decades of living, working, and learning into my work as a threshold doula, specializing with families with miscarriages and stillborn births. I am also a traveling CO notary public, traveling folk harp player, certified child passenger safety technician (CPST-PVS), and mother of my one-and-only rainbow baby (who was born via medically necessary C-section). My career path has been eclectic—spanning universities, hospitality, medical offices, and finance—but in every role, I found myself drawn to supporting others, keeping things organized, and creating calm in the middle of complexity. I hold a bachelor’s degree in science with a minor in anthropology, and I’ve always been fascinated by the ways we care for one another. As a doula, I support: ~ Non-religious/secular practices first ~ Skin-to-skin as much as humanly possible ~ Breast is preferred, but fed is best ~ Cesarean births are natural births ~ Abortion is healthcare ~ Vaccines save lives ~ Advocacy, knowledge, and empowerment for all ~ Death is natural and healthy to discuss I also encourage open-book business practices! Service introduction

Rowan provides complete support through birth, postpartum, abortion, and/or death and provides specialty services such as traveling notary public, Witching Hour Support, car seat installation education as a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST-PVS) and traveling Irish folk harp player.

Walk With Me (Prenatal, Labor, and Postpartum)
Retainer of $2,940 (84 hours) at $35/hr, any extra at end of services to be refunded. Comprehensive prenatal, birth, and postpartum support with notary fees, 1st Steps Together Bundle, Shop With Me Bundle, and 2 Witching Hour Support sessions. Postpartum support available for up to 4 months from baby’s birth date. Continued support beyond this period requires a separate agreement. Travel fees not included. Retainer of $1,120 (32 hours) at $35/hr, any extra at end of services to be refunded. Prenatal or postpartum support with notary fees, and 1st Steps Together Bundle (prenatal only) included. Postpartum support available for up to 3 months from baby’s birth date. Continued support beyond this period requires a separate agreement. Maximum 2 bundles per client. CPST-PVS services included. Retainer of $560 (16 hours) at $35/hr, any extra at end of services to be refunded. A single prenatal visit (2 hours), birth support (average 12 hours, maximum 38 hours), and one postpartum visit (2 hours). Intended for clients who want birth support without full prenatal or postpartum package services. Does not include notary fees or travel fees. CPST-PVS services included.
