I am open to pain management options and would appreciate emotional support, comfort measures, guidance for my partner, and postpartum encouragement with newborn care and feeding. Care will primarily be for a newborn infant, including support with feeding, soothing techniques, and adjustment to life with a new baby. I also have an older child in the home. I would appreciate postpartum assistance that may include light household tasks related to the baby, such as washing bottles or pump parts, baby laundry, meal preparation, and helping create a calm recovery environment. Guidance on newborn sleep routines and general infant education would also be helpful.

First time mom due in September (the 4th) seeking flexible postpartum support. Looking for an experienced newborn caregiver who can provide daytime or occasional overnight help after baby arrives. I'd like someone I can schedule as needed once I know what support feels most helpful. Primary needs are newborn care while I rest, shower, sleep or recover with light baby related household support as needed. My spouse and I very excited to welcome our first child into the world this spring! We are both interested in postpartum doula support (our insurance will cover up to 15 hours). I am especially interested in getting some advice and support around sleeping, feeding, and having fun together.

My insurance doesn't cover doulas and I was wondering how much your full service is from not until labor and delivery . I have a lot of anxiety regarding giving birth and it's my first child and just looking for someone to talk with me prior and be there for my fiancé and I during.
