Hi! My name is Rachael. I am a wife and a mother of 6 wonderful children. We live in Cocke County Tennessee. I love everything about pregnancy and birth. When we decided that 6 was enough kids for us I decided that supporting moms in their pregnancy and labor journeys was what my next chapter in life needed!

My services include, but are not limited to: Prenatal education Personalized birth planning sessions Nesting preparation and support Breathing techniques and comfort measures Birth ball exercises and rentals Private childbirth education classes Nutritious meal prep for before and after birth Continuous labor and birth support Immediate and ongoing breastfeeding support Postpartum doula care, which can include light housekeeping, caring for your baby while you rest or run errands, meal preparation, and support during your first outings with your newborn My goal is to provide nurturing, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental support tailored to your unique needs.
