Hi friend, I’m Prisca, the doula behind your birth friend I’m a certified doula, wife, and mama with a big heart for walking alongside women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My care is rooted in connection, the kind that feels genuine, grounding, and personal. I believe doula support should feel less like a service and more like a steady friendship. Someone in your corner who gets it, sees you, and walks with you through it all. I believe every woman deserves: gentle, personalized support evidence-based guidance and someone who truly sees her I also believe that knowledge is power. When women understand their options, their bodies, and the birth process, they’re able to step into this journey feeling confident, informed, and deeply supported. I’m passionate about helping women feel equipped and empowered every step of the way. Birth isn’t just physical, it’s emotional, spiritual, and sacred. That’s why my support goes beyond timelines and checklists. I show up with heart, with presence, and with care that’s built on trust, friendship, and faith. My faith is the foundation of how I serve. It’s what grounds me, guides me, and helps me hold space with love and grace in every space I enter. Whether we’re chatting over tea during pregnancy, breathing through contractions together, or unpacking the beautiful, messy layers of postpartum, I’ll be right there with you as your steady, grounded support. I provide holistic, personalized support through every stage of the journey, from pregnancy to postpartum. My care includes prenatal education, customized birth planning, comfort measures, and birth rehearsal sessions to help you feel fully prepared. As your due date approaches, I offer 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks and continuous labor and birth support. After birth, I provide immediate postpartum and breastfeeding support, along with in-home visits that include emotional check-ins, newborn care guidance, lactation support, and hands-on help as you adjust to life with your baby. Additional offerings like belly binding for core healing, keepsake birth summaries, and thoughtful postpartum gift baskets add meaningful touches to your experience. Throughout it all, I offer ongoing communication, prayer, and encouragement tailored to your unique needs. I’m especially passionate about helping women feel informed, confident, and truly cared for.
