Greetings! My name is Nia Ashay Dariso and I'm a trained full-spectrum doula. Located in the Columbus, GA tri-city area, my passion for serving babies and their families began as a child. With a natural knack for supporting others, it is an honor to be on this path! As a full spectrum doula, I believe that every birthing person: - Is equipped with all that they need in order to succeed - Deserves additional access to the help they need - Deserves access to a safe birthing environment - Deserves and needs community - Deserves to be supported and nurtured (including, as applicable, their partner) When I'm not in the birth work world, I enjoy being in nature, practicing yoga, and indulging in delicious meals.

Service introduction

As your pregnancy and birth doula, I offer 2-3 prenatal visits that are tailored per trimester and cover creating your birth plan, comfort measures, and more. At 37 weeks gestation, you receive on call support for immediate assistance in the event of labor starting before your EDD. During labor, I provide continuous support to ensure the integrity of your birth plan and offer relief for your support person(s). Lastly, a 3-hour postpartum visit is given to ensure you're well and adequately supported.
