About me
I’m Molly, a Registered Dietitian, personal trainer turned corporate leader turned doula. My path has been anything but straight, but every turn taught me something I now bring to the families I support. I’ve done it all: built a career in sales and operations, raised four kids on my own, survived chaos, career shake-ups, and hot flashes … and came out stronger (and funnier) for it. Somewhere between climbing ladders and late-night feedings, I realized what truly fills me up: helping women feel capable, calm, and confident in their own transitions. Now, as a certified labor, delivery, and postpartum doula, I use science, intuition, and lived experience to support families through birth and beyond. Through Beyond Birthing Associates and Time for ME Wellness, I’m here to help you find your rhythm …because life, motherhood, and menopause might be messy, but that’s where the magic really is.

At Beyond Birthing Associates, I provide personalized support for every stage of your journey, from pregnancy to postpartum. Labor & Birth Support Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I help you understand your options, create a birth plan that aligns with your goals, and provide comfort measures and advocacy during labor. Lactation Guidance Hands-on help and education for initiating and maintaining breastfeeding, troubleshooting challenges, and finding a rhythm that works best for you and your baby. Postpartum Care Practical and emotional support as you adjust to life with your newborn ... from rest and recovery to newborn care education, and creating a balanced routine that supports the entire family.
