We are a warm, thoughtful family expecting a baby boy and are seeking an experienced, compassionate night nanny (or newborn care specialist) to support us during the early postpartum period. What we’re looking for: * 5+ years of professional newborn care experience * Nursing background or certification strongly preferred * Calm, nurturing, and highly attuned to infant cues * Comfortable supporting a breastfeeding-centered approach (direct nursing and/or expressed milk) * Experience with gentle sleep shaping (not strict early sleep training) * Reliable, discreet, and respectful of a peaceful home environment * English required; French-speaking is a lovely bonus Responsibilities: * Overnight care for our newborn (primarily feeding, soothing, and monitoring) * Supporting healthy sleep rhythms for baby and restorative sleep for mom * Assisting with feeding (bringing baby to mom for nursing or bottle-feeding expressed milk) * Light baby-related tasks during the shift (e.g., bottle prep, tidying feeding area) Schedule: * Primarily overnight support (exact schedule to be discussed; open to 1–2 feedings/night or longer coverage depending on fit) Additional Notes: * We value a collaborative, respectful relationship and someone who can gently guide us with their expertise while honoring our parenting preferences * This is our second child, and we are prioritizing a more supported, well-rested postpartum experience Compensation: * Open and flexible; happy to discuss based on experience and scope of care

I am looking for a night nanny to help us get some sleep and get our baby used to her bassinet. She was in the NICU for 6 weeks and did very well in her crib there, but since coming home she prefers to be held to sleep and we need to get back to the crib.
Baby is in the first few weeks of clubfoot casting and also fighting gas fussiness. She’ll only sleep/calm down if being held and rocked. In need of some overnight support so my husband and I can rest.

Looking for an experienced and certified night nurse for our son. He was born 1/12/26. No.Wont be every night but when needed. Willing to negotiate pay.
We are looking for an overnight nanny a few days a week while I am working a night shift. My current shift is 7:30pm to 7:30am and I have an hour commute from Rochester, MN. My husband would be home in the evenings until 3:30am, so the evening start time is flexible. But I'd need someone to stay until at least 8:30am when I'm back home. This would start around September 2026 after my maternity leave.
My husband and I are both pediatricians (but specialists). This is our first child (a boy)! We plan to deliver at Mayo Clinic. Birth plan consists of a hospital birth, most likely an epidural, and we are open to the care that the doctors recommend. We are not sure yet if we will need a night nurse, but we wanted to meet with a couple of people in the case that we do decide that we could really use the help. We are hoping to spend under $700 for a 12 hour shift (or less if the time is shorter than 12 hours). We are not sure if we would want someone for just a night or two here and there, or for a full 1-2 weeks straight. We will also have help from my parents and then my husband's parents once my parents leave.
