Can’t say enough good things!!! Our 5 month old was waking up every 2 hours (sometimes more) and by the end of sleep training she was sleeping from 7pm-7am and puts herself back to sleep when she does wake up. God send!

Liz completely changed our lives! When I called her I was desperately sleep deprived and delirious. I was struggling with milk supply and nursing baby to sleep. I never in my wildest dreams thought we could put our baby to sleep without nursing (feeding beforehand), and just place him in the crib and walk away. She was very intuitive but also mindful of our approach and what would work for our specific family and situation. She worked with us by teaching us skills and encouraging us while also setting us up for success by approaching it in a way we were most comfortable and in a way she knew we would follow through with. It’s been a few months now and I thank her night and nap time! I’m so so so grateful to have worked with her and Abbie!

The work that Liz does is truly life changing. My son was never a great sleeper, right from the time we brought him home; but when the 4 month sleep regression hit, wow did it ever do a number on us. My husband and I were spending an hour+ every night trying to get our son down to sleep, and he was waking upwards of 10 times per night, often after every single sleep cycle (basically every 40 minutes). We were doing 3-4 night feeds and wondering how we were supposed to keep going like this. Liz came and did 3 nights in-home and it was the best thing we could have done. I'll admit - I was very nervous; I didn't want my baby to cry or not be able to comfort him. Liz calmed my anxiety and took a very caring, gentle approach with my son and his sleep training. Now, just a week later, my son sleeps through a 12 hour night, sometimes waking only once or twice but quickly returns to sleep. I can put him down in the crib - awake - and he can fall asleep on his own. His wake windows during the day are so much better - he's interested in exploring toys and play, and he's full of big smiles and giggles. I'll never be able to thank Liz enough for the skills she's taught all of us.

Over the last two weeks, Liz has supported us through sleep training our 11 month old daughter. This has been a life changing experience for us as we are all getting sleep now. Her in home support was amazing, and it was so nice to have her here through those first couple of rough days. Since then, she’s consistently been there for us to provide support, guidance, and answer any questions we have. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking into sleep training.

Wow, what a whirlwind infant sleep is! Thank goodness for Liz who helped us navigate our days and nights and helped us get into a rhythm to really help our 4 month old son thrive! She was available at all hours of the day and night, provided constant encouragement and supported us with visual aids and tools for the future. We will be forever grateful.

We were referred to this amazing company by a good friend, so we had high expectations and Liz did not disappoint. We have a “live wire” of a three year old who gave us all a run for our money, but we stuck with the plan and trusted the process and now she is sleeping through the night again with no crying at bedtime or overnight (something we couldn’t even imagine a month ago). Liz was so supportive and present this entire process, going above and beyond — She stayed awake to text with us until our toddler was asleep every night (despite her time zone being three hours ahead of ours), helped with potty training setbacks we experienced while sleep training, and even offered to be available to us after our two weeks were up. She even texted us after our session had ended, celebrating how quickly our daughter had fallen asleep the previous night, since she had checked our shared notes listing what time she fell asleep. She didn’t have to do that, but it showed how much she cared. Her dedication was super impressive to us, as she would pivot and shift our sleep plan when something wasn’t working or if we weren’t seeing results as quickly as she wanted. Three year olds are no joke when it comes to testing the limits, gas lighting and holding their ground, but Liz never gave up on us and always reassured us that success (and sleep) was in our future. She was right! Best money we have spent aside from hiring a night doula when our second baby was born. You will not regret it! I know I can be a better mom when I’m sleeping, so I believe nothing is more important than sleep. Thank you, Liz!!!

Having twins can be overwhelming and having twins that sleep well seemed to be an impossible task. Liz was an extraordinary help in our journey. She was very responsive and capable of answering all our questions. The daunting task of sleeping training twins was a lot easier thanks to Liz’s expertise. Sleeping well is a gift to our girls and to us and for the that, I am forever thankful for what Liz did for us.

We are beyond grateful for the support we received during our sleep training journey with our toddler. We were transitioning from co-sleeping/ nursing to sleep to helping our little one become an independent sleeper—something that felt overwhelming at the time. Abby guided us with so much empathy, knowledge, and encouragement every step of the way. Thanks to her, our child now falls asleep independently, and we’re all finally getting the restful nights we hoped for. What truly stood out was Abby’s generosity—she continued to support us beyond the originally planned timeframe, simply because she cared and wanted to help us succeed. While I know this may not be the expectation for every family, it was a powerful reflection of how committed she is to the families she works with. If you’re struggling with sleep and looking for someone who brings both expertise and heart to the process, Abby at Sleep Child O’ Mine is an absolute gem. She changed our lives—truly.

After working with Liz, our child is now able to go to sleep independently without rocking or using a pacifier, he can typically link sleep cycles during naps (or able to self sooth and eventually go back to sleep upon waking), and sleeps for long stretches at night (usually with only one wake during the night to feed, but sometimes through the night on rare occasions). He has predictable sleeping patterns, solid naps, smoother nights, he is easy to put down to sleep, he can now tolerate longer wake windows, and is overall, a happier and more rested baby. We are so thankful for Liz’s help. We truly feel like we gave our son a gift by working with her and helping him to develop his sleep skills.

We are first time parents and at the time that we started working with Liz our child was 4-5 months old, at the peak of the 4-month sleep regression. Our child was having several cat naps throughout the day (30-40 minutes, if that), short wake windows (i.e., 1-1.5 hours), needed to be rocked to sleep with a pacifier, could not link sleep cycles for naps, had several false starts at bedtime, would wake frequently throughout the night, and sometimes would not sleep at all unless he was being held. We had an initial conversation with Liz where she learned about our baby’s challenges, our goals, and what we were most comfortable with when it came to sleep shaping/training. She developed a plan accordingly, which was clear and detailed but simple. Although the experience of applying the strategies she outlines was difficult at times, the strategies were still simple to follow. We understood what we were doing and why. Liz also adjusted the plan to fit our family’s changing goals and needs. Liz, is a fantastic communicator; knowledgeable; relatable, and approachable. She made herself available to us in the moment, which was incredibly helpful, and she was very reassuring and encouraging. It always made us feel better after sharing our experiences/debriefing with her, whether she simply normalized and validated our experiences or offered solutions when appropriate.
