•Latch support- my baby favors one side (left) but is still not great at latching and staying on to nurse fully. I need a lot of help with the right side, she doesn’t like to feed on the side and screams at it when it’s right in front of her or even in her mouth ready to go. •Staying latched- my baby can latch fine on the left side, however falls off after three-five suckles and then will reattach over and over. She’s still hungry after doing this for sometimes 10, 15, 20, or 25 minutes but is exhausted for all the reattaching. •Milk supply- this is my second pregnancy so my milk came in very quickly. It feels like and pumps like a slight over supply. I have no issue with supply but my boobs are full and my baby isn’t consuming enough through breastfeeding. I’ve had to start pumping to get the milk out. My baby is then fed the milk through Dr. Brown bottles because she’s exhausted from trying for 45minutes to an hour. •My baby is only a week old, so this might be a premature request. I know it takes time, but I’m hoping for some support so I can help them established with this and feel full after breastfeeding.

Hi there! I am looking for a lactation consultation to work with me and my 3 week old baby boy. I’m noticing some difficulty with his latch, recessed chin, jaw quivering, and breathing difficulties (gasping for air when feeding) and would love to get some support for how to address these issues. This is my first baby so I’m very open to leaning more! My supply is also on the lighter side and I would love some tips on how to boost milk production. We have Kaiser for insurance so if there’s an option to use our coverage that would be amazing. English speaking consultant required. Thank you for your consideration!
