About me

Hi there! I’m Lindsey Ross, Owner-Operator of The Okie Haven, LLC. I am a mom, wife, and doula who is honored to be supporting families in the Tulsa area! My friends know that I have a Lorelai Gilmore level tolerance for coffee. My Kindle follows me everywhere. And my family is my absolute world. Being a mother is the greatest honor ever. I am deeply devoted to this work and allowing others to be heard, encouraged, and genuinely supported. I know that pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood can be beautiful, messy, and confusing all at once. I want to remind you that you do not have to do it alone. My Philosophy: I believe birth & postpartum are sacred. I honor your choices. I value the vital role of your partner. I support the mother-baby connection. And I believe in listening to the natural wisdom of your body. I don’t show up with an agenda or bias. I just show up for YOU.

Postpartum Reset Visit
Postpartum Reset Visit is a one-time, in-home visit from your postpartum doula focused on practical support, feeding guidance, newborn care basics, and helping your space feel more manageable. It offers a chance to reset, ask questions, and receive hands-on support without the commitment of ongoing care. This service was designed with those last minute needs in mind to meet you where you are in those chaotic early moments. As valuable as it is, it does not replace the depth and continuity of classic Postpartum Doula Support.
