Service introduction

I offer a range of in-home and virtual services to support families during the newborn stage and beyond. As a certified pediatric sleep consultant and experienced newborn care specialist, I provide overnight care for newborns, including singletons and twins, focusing on establishing healthy sleep foundations, supporting feeding routines, and helping parents get the rest they need. Most families hire me with sleep goals in mind, and we work together as a team so that by the end of our time together, their baby is sleeping long, consistent stretches, ideally 12 hours overnight. In addition to hands-on support, I offer virtual sleep consulting for children ages 3 months to 5 years, including customized two-week coaching packages and one-time sleep audit calls. For newborns, I provide gentle virtual guidance that helps ease babies into independent sleep using respectful, developmentally appropriate methods. Whether you're looking for overnight help, guidance through a sleep regression, or a full sleep plan, I’m here to walk alongside your family every step of the way.

Packages
Overnight Newborn Care
My overnight care package is designed to give families restful nights and peace of mind during the early postpartum period. I provide in-home, hands-on support throughout the night, caring for your baby while you sleep, supporting feeding routines, soothing, diapering, and monitoring sleep patterns. Most importantly, I help lay the foundation for healthy, independent sleep by following gentle, developmentally appropriate strategies based on your family's goals. In addition to newborn care, I also take care of baby-related tasks such as washing bottles and pump parts, storing breast milk, and doing baby laundry as needed. Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or doing a combination, I work alongside you to support your preferences while gradually encouraging longer stretches of sleep. Most families I work with see their baby sleeping 10–12 hours overnight by the end of our time together.

2-Week Virtual Sleep Consulting (Ages 3 Months – 5 Years)
This package is designed for families who are ready to make meaningful changes to their child’s sleep from the comfort of their own home, with expert support every step of the way. After a detailed intake process, I’ll create a customized sleep plan based on your child’s age, temperament, sleep history, and your parenting style Once the plan is in place, we’ll begin two weeks of daily support. You'll have access to me via voice/text messaging (Monday–Friday) for real-time guidance, troubleshooting, and encouragement as we work through the process together. I’ll monitor progress closely and make adjustments as needed to help your child reach independent, restorative sleep, often achieving 10–12 hour stretches overnight and improved naps. This package is ideal for families struggling with frequent night wakings, short naps, early morning wake-ups, or the need to be rocked, fed, or held to sleep.

In-Home Sleep Training Add-On- 10 Hour Shift
For families who prefer extra hands-on support, I offer in-home sleep training as an optional add-on to the 2-week virtual package. This is a great way to kick off the sleep plan with in-person guidance and reassurance. Depending on my availability, I can support your family for just the first night to help implement the plan and establish a strong foundation, or stay for the first few nights to help guide the process more closely. During these 10-hour overnight shifts, I’ll be there to support your child through the sleep training method outlined in your personalized plan while offering encouragement and updates along the way. This add-on helps many families feel more confident and supported as they begin making big sleep changes. *Must be booked with the 2-week virtual consulting package ($500)

Lauren has worked with our baby on good sleep habits, sleep conditioning and sleep training from the newborn phase up to 17 months. She worked with us through multiple sleep regressions, including the 4-mo. and 16-mo. regressions. Her methods are wonderfully effective. I highly recommend Lauren for her experience and the sleep results she achieves. In addition, she is an excellent communicator, truly listens to the family's needs and preferences, and is empathetic to boot. Can't recommend her highly enough!
