Preferably a doula that believes in medical and holistic care, believes in women's ability to naturally birth children without excessive intervention, and is willing to assert themselves in the event of medical malpractice.

I have a twin pregnancy and have experienced some preterm labor. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and viability here is 24 weeks. I have had a cerclage and since then I have been in constant pain. I need someone to help me and advocate for me during this pregnancy.

I want to learn about the birthing process. I am a black woman and want to know all my options besides the ones my doctors say. I am having my baby at holy cross hospital. I am not sure of the price range for a budget. My doctor says I need to have a csection because of my scars from myomectomy.
