I’m certified and trained as a birth and postpartum doula, and have taken courses with Spinning Babies, Bundle Birth Nurses, DONA, Birth Boot Camp, and more. I have 2 girls aged 7 and 4, who I had unmedicated, and I LOVE natural birth. After your baby arrives, I provide a postpartum visit to help you settle in, debrief your birth if you’d like, and make sure you feel supported as you navigate early parenthood. My care adapts to your needs; whatever you want your birth and postpartum journey to look like, I’m there to walk beside you.
