I am a clinically trained counsellor by trade with several years working with mental health, addiction and trauma; I aim to bring this training and knowledge to support my clients in understanding their mental health and processing any birth trauma they may have endured.

An old African proverb says: 'It takes a village to raise a child' and I have found that to be so true when I gave birth to premature babies on two separate occasions.
