Greetings! I’m Kendra — a wife and homeschooling mother of five, certified holistic doula with a specialty in traditional postpartum care, birth assistant, and certified nutrition educator. Through my experience supporting births and walking with many families during the early postpartum weeks, I have developed a strong passion for postpartum care that centers the mother, values rest, and sees healing as essential. Being raised in Southern Georgia, my upbringing is rich in cultural foods, healing traditions, and family values. This has guided my postpartum care that centers the mother, values rest, and sees healing as essential. I believe every woman deserves real support after birth, and I’m here to serve as a guide to what is so desperately needed. Click the message button and I will gladly reach back out to you!

As a wife, mother, and doula, I know what it's like to feel you need to hold everything together while healing at the same time. That's why I have shifted my offerings to a virtual format. Not only does this allow me to honor my own recovery after birth, but I'm also able to align more deeply with the kind of care I believe is most needed. Postpartum has become my focus because it is the most overlooked, yet most tender season of motherhood. It’s when the body is still open, the emotions are raw, and the need for real support runs deep. This delicate time should not just be limited to caring for the baby. New mothers desperately need nourishment, rest, and reassurance. Instead, they are often left to figure out those early weeks in silence, trying to be strong while feeling unseen. My approach is led by compassionate care and traditional wisdom, especially for those from communities where care hasn’t always been safe, centered, or culturally sensitive.
