Birth Preferences Only
One 2-Hour Virtual Prenatal Session
We’ll meet via video to talk through your birth preferences, values, and goals. I’ll walk you through your options, answer questions, and offer guidance tailored to your specific needs and hopes for labor and delivery.
Hospital Policy Research
I’ll look up birth-related policies and practices at your specific hospital or birthing center so that your plan is realistic, informed, and aligned with what to expect in your chosen birth setting.
Location-Flexible Support
You can be located anywhere in the world—this service is designed to meet you wherever you are, virtually.
Two Drafts of Your Birth Plan
After our session, I’ll send a first draft of your birth plan for your review and feedback. Once you’ve approved the content, I’ll send a finalized, professionally formatted PDF that’s easy to share with your care team.
Birth Package
One In-Person Prenatal Meeting
(2 hours, around 34 weeks)
We’ll get to know each other, talk through your birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, and make sure you and your partner feel prepared and supported.
One Virtual Check-In
(1 hour, around 37 weeks)
A brief but meaningful video or phone call to answer questions, update your birth plan if needed, and make sure you feel ready heading into your on-call window.
Personalized Birth Preferences Creation
Together, we’ll design a birth preference document that reflects your values, preferences, and hopes for labor and delivery. You’ll go into your birth with a clear, written guide to share with your care team.
On-Call Support Starting at 37 Weeks
I’ll be available 24/7 by phone or text from 37 weeks until your baby is born. I’ll join you in active labor and stay through delivery and the first hour postpartum—providing continuous emotional support, hands-on comfort, and thoughtful advocacy every step of the way.
Backup Doula Coverage
I will coordinate with a trusted local backup doula who is available in case of emergency or illness, so you can feel confident that you’ll be supported no matter what.
One Postpartum Follow-Up Visit
(1.5 hours, in person or virtual)
1–2 weeks after birth, we’ll reconnect to check in emotionally, process your birth experience, and talk through the early days of feeding, healing, and adjusting to life with your new baby.
