I have been working with breastfeeding moms and families since 2015 and have been an IBCLC since 2023. My passion lies with helping new moms find a way to make breastfeeding work by offering compassionate, holistic solutions to breastfeeding issues. My specialties are with supply issues (both low and over) and pumping/flange sizing. I have special training in tongue ties and oral restrictions, low milk supply, clogged ducts, bottle refusal, and pumping. I love working with moms in every stage of breastfeeding from pregnancy through weaning and helping you meet your goals.

In our 1:1 lactation consult, I’ll guide you through what you need to know when breastfeeding and how to overcome the challenges you may be facing. From prenatal consults, troubleshooting problems, pumping support, and weaning, consults can cover just about any topic related to lactation. I have special interest and experience in low milk supply cases and oral function evaluations and rehabilitation, as well as flange fitting. My visits are done virtually or in my office in Littleton, CO. I have consultants who can do in home visits as well.
Katie is an incredible IBCLC who combines deep knowledge with genuine compassion. She meets families where they are, offers practical and evidence-based guidance, and supports them every step of the way. Her calm, encouraging approach empowers parents to feel confident and supported in reaching their feeding goals. Highly recommend!
