About me

I have been working with breastfeeding moms and families since 2015 and have been an IBCLC since 2023. My passion lies with helping new moms find a way to make breastfeeding work by offering compassionate, holistic solutions to breastfeeding issues. My specialties are with supply issues (both low and over) and pumping/flange sizing. I have special training in tongue ties and oral restrictions, low milk supply, clogged ducts, bottle refusal, and pumping. I love working with moms in every stage of breastfeeding from pregnancy through weaning and helping you meet your goals.

Service introduction

In our 1:1 lactation consult, I’ll guide you through what you need to know when breastfeeding and how to overcome the challenges you may be facing. From prenatal consults, troubleshooting problems, pumping support, and weaning, consults can cover just about any topic related to lactation. I have special interest and experience in low milk supply cases and oral function evaluations and rehabilitation, as well as flange fitting. My visits are done virtually or in my office in Littleton, CO. I have consultants who can do in home visits as well.

Whether you plan to exclusively nurse, combine nursing and pumping, or return to work, you’ll leave with a clear plan, practical tips, and the confidence to meet your feeding goals This class is limited to 20 people and is focused on families in the Denver area. Katie’s practice is based in the Denver Metro area. Class is free but donations are welcome to help keep this class accessible to all.
