I want to have my baby at home. I’d like a midwife that games Aetna insurance.
I plan to give birth in hospital with absolutely no interventions. I have Neighborhood Health Plan of RI. My goal is no interventions, and please I would like to work with someone that practices informed consent and will not get personally angry or treat me differently if I deny a given procedure!
Desired home water birth or water birth at facility (if I have to go to the hospital I will but I would rather not). Estimated budget $5-$8k (also have BCBS for insurance if that helps). I need professional guidance and care I have no one to help educate me through this process. I have had an ectopic pregnancy that burst my tube years back and many early miscarriages. This is the furthest I have been along in a while and am finally getting hopeful. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Birth in hospital Insurance Not quite sure on birth plan
I'm approaching birth as naturally as possible, with little to no interventions. Planning on giving birth at the Woman and Infants hospital in the ABC room, but if it's not available then a regular labor and delivery room.
prenatal care, unsure about location (just found out i am pregnant), birth at home as long as possible, no meds
Just found out my wife is pregnant she is either 3 weeks or 7 weeks. First ultrasound is scheduled for June 1st. We are Catholic and are interested in learning about natural birthing practices. Want to learn about doulas midwives and how to have either a home birth or a natural hospital birth. Want to learn about how I can advocate for my wife so we don’t get vaccinations and unnecessary procedures. We live in CT and plan to contact with Hartford hospital for our care. I make just under 3k a month with rent at 1250 every month.
I’d like someone experienced in natural unmedicated labor there with me while I’m giving birth to my first baby at the hospital. I’d like to pay with insurance and hope to have a smooth and easy birth with the peace of mind of having someone to advocate for me.
