About me

Every moment, every trial, every prayer I’ve ever prayed, has led me to the honor of holding space for the most beautiful, vulnerable and powerful force on the planet…you; a woman fearfully and wonderfully made, bringing life into this world. As a wife, mom of 4, and total birth nerd, my deepest desire is to nurture and embrace you in all the ways I didn’t know I needed before enduring two traumatic c-sections. I went on to receive that nurturing embrace after fighting to have not one, but two incredible, redemptive home births. I use my education and personal experiences - both good and bad - to tailor the support I give you, with empathy, joy, and gratitude, while striving to have a true servant’s heart. I believe in you, and your birth experience matters deeply to me. Let’s do this!

We thought we weren’t going to use a doula until we got introduced to Jessica! She has a true comfort about her and we vibed immediately. During my very long labor that lead to a hospital transfer, she didn’t skip a beat. She prayed with me when things were really scary and she remembered all of my desires, advocating for each of them. My husband and I would highly recommend Jessica for your doula needs! She is empathetic, a true advocate and knows how to read a room!

Jessica got me through my birth and helped me get my VBAC! She joined my birth team extremely late in my pregnancy - we met in person the same day I gave birth - and it felt like we’d known each other for years! She is so knowledgeable and supportive. Between the hip squeezes that saved my life, the essential oils that kept me sane, and all the gross and gory pictures she happily responded to at all hours, I’ll never give birth again without her! ❤️

Jessica was our doula, and we LOVE her! I was not feeling prepared as we got closer to his due date, and she was able to work with me even with only a few weeks notice. We opted for a hospital birth. I felt empowered to make the choices that made the most sense for our family with Jessica explaining and keeping me informed each step of the way. I actually labored in the hospital all night, and then stalled only to go into labor again a few days later. She was with us both times as a comfort and wealth of knowledge keeping me hydrated and fed and amused. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting birth support no matter where you choose to deliver.

Jessica was beyond what we could have asked for. She will be a close friend of ours forever now and I feel so grateful to have had her beside me through this life changing experience. I am a ftm and my water broke at 36 weeks at 2am. I immediately called Jessica in a panic and she helped calm me down over the phone and supported my husband and I all throughout the night going into the hospital and making the decision to go back home AMA in order to go into labor on my own. My labor progressed quickly and she supported us throughout the day and helped us make the decision when to go back to the hospital. She rushed to the hospital with us and supported my husband with non stop hip squeezes and all the things I needed in labor. My husband has said numerous times “I don’t know how I would have done it all without her”. After delivery she brought us food and spent time recalling how incredible my birth had been! It felt so nice having someone like that in our corner and help me feel like a total badass! Two days after coming home from the hospital we ended up having to take my son to the ER for feeding complications and again I called Jessica in a panic and she immediately dropped what she was doing and met us at the hospital. She sat in the waiting room just telling me she was there and praying for us and then when she was able to come in the room stayed with us for hours into the early morning and supported me in every way possible, feeding me food, helping with decisions with doctors being a shoulder to cry on. We are home now with our healthy and happy 3 week old boy and we are forever grateful to Jessica for her incredible support, guidance and love during this life changing experience of childbirth. Thank you Jessica ❤️
